How can I create multiple accounts on my private server?

Right now there is no login to my private server.
Is there a way to create some? I would like to run multiple versions of my bot against each other, and occasionally log in as each to execute console commands.
Alternatively, is there a way to "orphan" my current AI so that it keeps running on my private server, but when I connect with the same SteamID, I can upload a new AI?
