Can't finish building extension

Somehow my extension can't be build past 2992

It's because you can have only 5 extensions @ room control level 2 - you can schedule building sites via code before they are finished and also build them, but can't finish them.
You seem to have only 4 of them, but one of your sites actually has 2 extensions on it - how did you manage that?

I have only 4 finished. the 5th stops at 2992.

Oh damn, it's that bug where there are 2 on top of each other. Sorry.

I can't build the 20th extension, it allowed be to start but it won't finish. Returns -14 after three creeps have been building on it all the way to where it should be complete. I then removed the construction site and it won't let me create the 20th extension construction site. Other room is fine and I have 20 extensions in it.

Nevermind, after reading last comment I looked again and I have 2 extensions stacked on each other.
