Reinforcement fails

I noticed that if I don't press the Ok button of the reinforcement dialog immediately, but wait a few seconds until my spawn is completely empty, the timer is started, but I don't get any energy.

Before this happened only if I waited some time before clicking on Ok, but it just happened when I pressed the Ok button immediately.
