WORK parts of damaged workers

 ##precondition: 
 I recently had a worker with 2 WORK parts, where one of them was completely destroyed (0/100), the other one had 40/100.##expected: 
 only 1xWORK should be used##discovered: 
 2x WORK was used (=200repair/2energy and 10build/10energy per tick)

 From what I've seen, a part sometimes (always?) maintains full functionality until all instances of it are destroyed; a creep with ATTACK parts will be able to attack at full force until his opponent disables all his red parts.

 @GrandonBroseph, http://support.screeps.com/hc/communities/public/questions/201238802-Do-source-keepers-have-a-better-ranged-attack-?locale=en-us seems to confirm this as well. 
 If this is intended behaviour, it should be mentioned accordingly, however I'd guess it's a "bug" which simply affects all body parts.

 Yeah, I've seen that post before. I really don't like it since it's quite counter-intuitive compared to the rest of the health & part mechanics (creeps should always get weaker as their hit points deplete), so it's just an oversight in my book.

 I support GrandonBroseph in this. Destroyed parts should not work. This will give much more meaning to maintain creeps health.
