OCS 0.7.0: stable release with Traveler API integration

OCS can be described many ways: an extended tutorial, a bot architecture, a cheat code, a chance to catch-up. OCS is my way of playing screeps and I'm pleased to announce a new release the team can take pride in.
0.7.0 adds basic navigation and movement code from BonzAI. We hope to continue to iterate on this module and next refactor our changes into an upstream contribution.
