Local server crashing (JS Exception)

My windows 10 just crashed (i didn't even knew it had a bluescreen yet) when i clicked a road in the game. (pretty new server and only me running a noob script that did nothing more yet then basic builders, harvesters & upgraders)
After it started again the screeps server now refuses to start. On first try it's coming up with a javascript exception: https://imgur.com/a/oCxjh And then hangs in a loop (process started > exited with code 1 > ...)
So how do i reset the server now as i can't access the console ? (Btw who thought it would be a good idea to delete the local players script when the server gets reset via console ? That "feature" had cost me like 10 hours of scripting

The easiest way to fix major issues with the steam version of the private server would be to uninstall the game locally, ensure the server files are deleted and reinstall. That may take less time than figuring out what specifically is wrong. Just an option
