All my spawns just dissapeared!

All my spawns just dissapeared from all the rooms except one room.

Correction: looks like my Spawns were destroyed, but I can not build new spawn in place of existing Spawn in 3 out of 5 rooms. In 2 rooms I can build the Spawn in the previous location.

I figured it out: you can't build the spawn so that it's next to structures, even if it's your own structures... not sure if it's intended?
Is there a way to remove a structure (extension) without attacking it?

No, I recommend a system, where you designate a flag color for demolishing, write a code to attack everything on that flag cell, after its clear, delete flag.

@nugarin, that sure is possible, but not very reasonable. In my opinion, workers should have the possibility to demolish buildings, (and perhaps gain a small amount of the energy invested back).
