GCL point increase isn't boosted with boosted creeps

I've monitored the GCL levels using the api using

Game.gcl

When I have a boosted creep (catalyzed ghodium acid) upgrading the controller at level 8, the GCL only increases with 15 points.

According to the post in here:

Is this intended behavior or is it a bug?

According to our tests, this is working fine right now. Please provide a reproducible test case and/or some logs.

Looks like my logging only logged every other tick... Sorry about this!

It works as intended, verified by moving my code from some method to the top of the loop:

console.log(Game.time + " - [" + JSON.stringify(Game.gcl) + "]");

Now have the correct results.
