Yes, this was a bug which is fixed now. Regarding attacking Power Banks it could also be a bug (another one), please report.

I had the same problem. The bug revolves around spawns not generating energy because it sees disabled structures having energy. But you can't use the energy leading to you infinitely having no energy to work with. To work around delete the structures that are storing energy so you can generate energy again.  Devs will have to change the logic on when spawns generate energy or if we can use energy if structures are disabled.

This is directly related to http://screeps.com/forum/topic/1230/Building-attribute-marking-active-inactive   Also links do currently return a proper error code for low RCL so it is doable.

I also have 'phantom creeps' occasionally, It looks like a minor UI bug.

You must have the `default` branch in your Screeps account, not at GitHub repo.

I am having this exact problem when trying to move creeps south from E18N11 to E18N10 or from E19N11 to E19N10. I can successfully move creeps between my rooms E18N11 and E19N10 but cannot go south for some reason. The creeps seem to blink between the rooms along the exit as described by the OP. Today the novice area walls were removed from the middle of E18N10/E19N10, not sure if that is relevant. I've tried both moving a creep to a flag in the target room as well as moving them to the exit specifically using the same code the OP posted. Neither worked.  I have just tried to move laterally out of my room and have encountered the same problem. I am now stuck in my 2 rooms...

This may be the answer to your question: http://support.screeps.com/hc/en-us/articles/204332302-Understanding-CPU-limit-usage As far as I understood your post, there seems to be nothing wrong with the CPU management. You may use up to 500 CPU depending on how much you saved up. If the bucket is depleting, this limit is lower. If the bucket is completely empty, your CPU limit is actually your account limit (35).

Delete is a fairly expensive operation, but I think the spikes are probably from require statements.  Currently there doesn't seem to be a way around this, as in-lining all the code also makes the CPU spike. The only solace is that when using `module.exports.loop` your require statements aren't always run.

Fixed. Amazing what can happen when you put a = instead of a == in an if statement.

The error is fixed. However, please note that the visual effect of red highlighting of the structures will be updated only upon page reload or re-entering the room.
