Current problems and misfunctions I noticed (only on shard0):

• Hight tickrate (10sec+)
• Overproportional high cpu consumption
• StructureObserver.observeRoom doesn't work (the room will not delivered next tick)
• Creeps are spawning without an initial set memory
• Can't suicide a creep via webclient nor web-console. The console result is 0, but the creep doesn't die
• Fatigue doesn't count down

Based on the behavior of the private server, I think the tick rate may be causing the server to skip some actions, although I have no way to tell for sure.
