<![CDATA[IVM Causing Slower Ticks?]]>

Pretty much the title. I know there's been a bunch of bug fixing going on with IVM but it's fairly clear that it or something else in the latest patch is causing the ticks to run slower. I assume it's IVM as it has been turned off and on while it was being bugfixed which explains the occasional dips back to the old tick times.
