<![CDATA[Experimental PVP API Bug]]>I recently rebuilt the battle notifier for slack (it's in #thewarpath if anyone is interested- I'll bring the twitter feed back up in a bit) and the PVP APIs were critical for this.

While working on that I noticed the endpoint for nukes was broken though. I am not currently using this, but was going to add some more detail with this endpoint.
