Somehow I managed to put one creep inside of another creep.

Have confirmed that these are two different miners with different numbers of body parts (not the adjacent carrier).

I have seen it several times. But reloading the room fixes it for me and its only a visual bug. There aren't actually two harvesters.

You're seeing a creep that was there in the past, and a creep that is there now. Just reload the page or restart the client.

If you later reconnect the "old" objects are still there. The server no longer sends updates to the client about this object, so it remains in place, it never got the "remove from field" update.
Later another creep can just move on top of it 😄
