<![CDATA[Can't respawn on PTR]]>When I try to respawn on PTR, I get the error message:

> This room is marked as Novice Area. Only players with Global Control Level < 4 can spawn here. Please choose another room.

Because there are no Respawn Areas, I can't respawn on PTR.
