    • a way to set 'default' room decorations

      I propose that we have a way to set a 'default' room for claimed rooms and reserved rooms.

      so here's how it would work: a user would have the ability to assign decorations to there 'default' rooms, (claimed and reserved separately?) then any room that dose not have decorations in it would have the 'default' decorations, at whatever settings they were set to when you assigned them to the 'default' rooms. ('default' being all the rooms that you didn't set the decorations manually for)

      i think this would help peoples claimed and reserved rooms feel like they are there own. like they own them. make it feel like you have an empire, well still having the ability to make all your rooms different if you have the decorations and time to do so.

      I take back every bad thing I thought about this decorations update. The screeps look awesome and I love them! Hope to see lots and lots of strange looking screeps running around the map when this update is launched.

      @artch I would say we use the ticks of the shard were the creep died, but that can be an exploit, if you send your power creeps into another shard before they die. Can't use the shard they spawned on because that is even simpler to exploit. (Always make your power creeps on the fastest shard)

      Mabye use the shard that the player has the most cpu in, cause that is we're that's players 'base' is? And if it's the same for 2+ shards go off the number of claimed rooms, then spawns, then creeps. Or if doing something like that is to heavy on the systeam, mabye just the lowest numberd shard out of the shards with the same cpu?

      I don't know the best way to do something like that, cause I'm not very active in screeps yet.

      @artch can we mabye not have the cool down be in hours, and instead ticks? 14400 at 2 seconds a tick would be 8 hours.

      There is nothing wrong with useing hours, it's just harder to code is all. And if your useing code that can 'plan' kinda, it's a lot of randomness to have, cause tick times are not very predictable.

      sources is a list. Your looking at the first item in the list. Try looking at the second one.

      sources[0] is the source you are minding from

      sources[1] is a diffrant source.

      sources[2] is yet a diffrant source (provided there is 3 sources in the room)

      I love this idea, but one thing bugs me Mutations not being able to be removed from your empire when your spawned? This seams like a disaster to me. Like, what if you messed up your code bye miss clicking on the swamp master Mutations? You would be required to respawn just to get rid of a Mutations that you didn't even want in the first place. I think that instead that removing a Mutations should be free, but causes a massive penalty for getting new Mutations for a time.

      There is also the proldom this giveing more advantages to older players who have lost of power. There should be some type of cost to keep your Mutations running, to stop players from just getting ever single one they can.

      Other then that, I love this idea, but it looks like it could be a pain to put into the game. But I think it will add manny new options to this game overall. Lots of new thing to try.
